Create ceremony/reception itinerary of events.

Discuss special tasks for the wedding ceremony and reception.

Coordinate wedding rehearsal to prepare the wedding party for a smooth wedding day.

Review vendor contracts to ensure you get what you paid for on the day of your wedding.

Arrive early on wedding day to ensure everything is set according to the plans.

Orchestrate the processional and recessional. Remind wedding party of their roles.

At the reception, facilitate full wedding program. Coordinate with DJ, caterer, photographer, and all other vendors.

Ensure things run as smoothly as possible, handle any crisis, and act as a liaison between you and the vendors so that you can enjoy your special day.
